Now I'm going to solve my case issue on my window 7 comptuer, and I am using taskmanager and its CPU monitor found out the process name called "System" drive the most CPU usage around 60% Now I downoad Process Explorer for monitor CPU performance from microsoft, and it show the name of "system" process has two process have CPU spike, one is called hal.dll and others are ntoskrnl.exe which is MS NT kernel at c:windowssystem32.
How can I kill hal.dll and ntoskrnl.exe process both drive CPU usage at most in order
to reduce CPU usage ?
