Tools  on the menu bar  not on Toolbox

Thanks. I just tried your idea but still I don't see any controls in the Toolbox. Looks the same as in the image I sent before.

Could you try,check or find  this follows to see any change after reset ?

Tools (on the menu bar) -> Import and Export Settings -> Reset All Settings
