how do i calculate (count) the number the Visible Rows (only the rows i want) in Excel. i manual hid some rows (no auto filter).

Please further explain what you are trying to do. A sample file may be helpful as well.

Subtotal(2,A1:A100) or =Subtotal(3,A1:A100)

You can try subtotal function in excel for all versions.
