Thank you for your comment. In your link I see a download for Windows 7. Actually I use Windows 8.1. Is there also an equivalent download for Windows 8?

You need to downwload Microsoft SDK,

The file exe program is at the following path after you installed SDK
C:Program FilesMicrosoft SDKsWindowsv7.0AinSvcTraceViewer.exe
