500 points EXCELLENT
Why I have ask such question becoz
supposed by default you already have such result when you hover the variable
on the areacode inside the editor if the mouse is function on the areacode area
I mean nothing to do you already have the result besides some other issue such as
mouse issue or others
I already see the result on my editor without any setting-up change once editor is running up
if not, please read this link, change some option on VBA
http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/excel-questions/138483-how-can-i-check-value-my-visual-basic-applications-variable.html
In the VBA editor, go to Tools > Options > Editor Tab. Make sure that "Auto Data Tips" is ticked.
