I have a Windows 7 computer running Norton Utilities 16. I have a couple of accounts that require the institution to recognize my computer. After entering my password and other security information I am able to access the accounts. However, the next time I go into the site (generally several days later) the institution no longer recognizes my computer and I have to go through the entire login process again. I'm guessing that it has something to do with cookies that the institution places on my computer which are cleared out during the Norton cleanup process.
Is there any way to tell Norton to ignore certain cookies and only clean out others? Or should I just disable the cookie cleaning in Norton? Or is the problem caused by something else?
Please help.
Thanks,
Phil
