THanks for your reply the root is DNS delay around 48 hour
now my website is stable now

What is it if not registrars server ?

Is it park1.hosting24.com

if i do a dig +trace, I get back e-hftrade.com nameservers -- not referrals from the registrars servers.

it desn't help I tried it before
since the issue is not related cache, it is related to DNS register
DO you think so

If they run windows, have them close their browser, open a command prompt and type:

ipconfig /flushdns

and re-open the browser.

If they still get the correct IP, check to see what IP(s) they are using as DNS servers.

How my users not to get the cached old information

So I don't need put my domain name into hosts file, RIght ?

SO When I try to dig e-hftrad.com, the namserver is not stable sometimes
it go to the new IP , sometimes it go to the old IP  , Why,
the hosting company should do the DNS registar for me OR I can do it by myself
How to do DNS register, please advise ,
