I would like to set input submit form in my index.html in order to allows other users or vistors to access into my website when they are typing or submitting right login name and password that is matched
to the one I give them. That is similar case or need I have as we are going to access our banking website
and go through its login process to access our bank account or similar case as we login into Experts Exchange website.
I have checked my domain hosting company using Cpanel and I found there is no such
function or software for me to do this. And I check CGI-center , there is one function of GuestBook
for vistors to leave comment to my website only . How can I set submit form and grant a right to
those visitor who are intersted in to access my website ? And that will help to filter out those
not qualified vistor to read my website to slow down my website usage or speed

EE starts a "session" once you are logged in, but that is a whole new topic, why don't you ask that? Or you could look up how to create session variables in PHP and keep the session going on the page.

I know why, because the URL in IE address bar is always www.mywebsite.com/index.php even I'm viewing at frame.html wbepage. Maybe it is related to frameset issue.
So I might find a way to force IE to reload the URL: www.mywebsite.com/frame.html, but how ?

FOr other example, , now I pass this EE website login process to talk to you, and I keep click

For example, when people go to www.yahoo.com, and they always click reload button to
see any update stuff. If it always comes out alert box from IE for every clicking reload button, it will
feel strange. If I can avoid it by setting IE window setting, I could tell users to avoid the alert box.

I have never done this, once users log in to your page, they have no reason to hit the refresh button. I don't know if you can set this in IE, probably you can only set it for your own browser window.

User will intent to click reload button to see any refresh data from frame.html but if

That happens on all pages that receive the results of a submitted form if you hit the reload button. Do you expect your users to do that?

If you add any single quotes to the html in your page, where the echo content here goes, you must put a backslash in front of it, or else php thinks it is the end of the echo statement, so watch for that. You will get an error message otherwise.

Now it is better, I understand more.
So step is as follows to finish my task

I am not making myself clear. You put the content of the page inside the echo tag, and you have to take off the chmod. I took a webpage of mine and put it in the echo tag below. Or you could just choose the content portion of the page and put that in the echo statement.

If your site is pretty simple, you can get away with this log in that I gave you, but you would need something WAY more secure to view banking information. If you are creating a website for something that needs to have air-tight security, you need to hire developers who really know this field.
Note on Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal, there is a learning curve to get the hang of these! Wordpress is probably the easiest, but is not as flexible. Drupal is the best, in my opinion, there is more of a support community behind it than Joomla, and therefore it is easier to find helpful websites to help you.

the code I gave you checks to see if the username and password are correct, and if so, shows content, otherwise it says you have entered the wrong log in.
Put your code after the echo statement between the single quotes.

Thanks for your reply, The hosting company support say I may need Joomla and Wordpress to do that. But I still
interested in your approach,
